Want to add holiday cheer to the kitties at Humane Rescue Alliance, formerly known as the Washington Humane Society-Washington Animal Rescue League?
We are collecting your wine corks to take to the shelter for the kitties to use in their play. They are a great interactive toy for these special furry ones waiting to be adopted into forever homes.
If you can wash them and gather them in a bag, I can pick them up when visiting your kitty over the holidays.
P.S. Don’t forget we are always collecting food and supplies for the local Pet Food Bank. Your contribution can help someone who is struggling financially keep their pet with them. We have donated over 350 cans of wet cat food in the last two months!
